On Friday, Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, admitted that his time as acting president was interesting and at the same time, challenging.
Osinbajo, acted as Nigeria’s President from January 19 to March 9 in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari who was on a medical vacation in the United Kingdom.
But the President arrived Nigeria at the early hours of Friday and is expected to resume office after having some rest.
But Osinbajo, while speaking at the First Lady’s Wing of the Presidential Villa in Abuja at a 30-minute reception shortly after Buhari’s arrival thanked the president for the confidence he had in him to commit the country to his hands.
Osinbajo said, “Mr President, again on behalf of the Federal Executive Council, we welcome you back home. We are very grateful to God that you are back home hale and hearty.
